Maybe for some of us the kitchen restaurant is a restaurant’s section that we rarely see. We may wonder why there are many restaurants hide the place. Of course, the curiosity will make us guess something, or even conclude something that can be right, but also can be wrong. We can imagine the cooking activity in the restaurant which is so tiring and sweaty, a lot of messy things contain with organic items, cookware and glassware. Everything that is all dirty, wet and unhygienic. Especially, if basically the chef and kitchen staff used to ignore the cleanliness. Of course, the shabby and disgusting images will make our appetites drop.
The kind of prejudice against the kitchen restaurant is something that we often hear, and honestly, it can be understood. Once again, regardless of whether or not it is true. But, there may be other reasons. It may be that the chef or the restaurant’s management has certain recipes or cooking methods that are kept secret. They want exclusivity and avoid all forms of imitation on their products. This may sound a bit ridiculous, but, it is almost unquestionably that some of the restaurant entrepreneurs really do that.
However, many restaurant owners absolutely are not worried about all of things as mentioned above. In fact, they deliberately make the kitchen restaurant exposed to the public and customers. Naturally, it requires the kitchen’s performance that is really good in terms of cleanliness, orderliness (not cluttered), and the performance of a qualified kitchen appliances. They must be ready, everyone observing down to the details of every part of the kitchen. Apparently, this is a very good strategy for marketing. In fact, there are some that highlight it as a focal point of the overall restaurant’s appearance. They strongly believe that the kitchen and professional staff who handle it are part of the advantages and entertaining for customers.
